The business operates state-of-the-art tannery facilities across Asia, combining craftsmanship, innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished Health Safety Environment Officer to join our team. This role aim to supporting day-to-day implementation of safety sustainability initiative across the organization. The successful candidate will play key role in promoting a safe workplace, ensuring environmental compliance and integrating sustainable practices in daily operations and management system. The ideal candidate possessed solid understanding of management system and sustainability frameworks, with proven experiences supporting and certification activities in ISO, SMK3, PROPER, and any other relevant standard. Your role will be including, but not limited to : Ensure implementation of safety procedure and safe work practices across operational areas Ensure organization’s comply with environmental, safety & health regulation and standard by preparing reporting to government and or to ECCO Group Support internal and external audit related to ISO, SMK3, PROPER and any other regulatory compliance Develop and maintain policies procedure related to safety and environment but not limited related to chemical management and hazardous & non-hazardous waste management Identify and mitigate potential risk and implement best practices Documented sustainability, HSE and energy performance and provide appropriate report Requirement: Possess bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any related major At least 3 years proven experience in Management System Hold on AK3U certificate is a must, and other relevant certifications will be preferrable Manufacturing background and familiar with PROPER implementation In-depth knowledge of regulation to ensure compliance Digital savvy, proficiency in HSE data analytical and audit for standards Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English Let’s embark your career milestone with us, a multinational and dynamic working environment.
