Key Responsibilities Serve as a professional role model with a positive attitude. Maintain professional communication with all superiors across Business Units (BU), Head Office (HO), and other stakeholders. Lead and manage the hotel operations team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Ensure smooth coordination across all operational departments. Understand and implement revenue management and yield management strategies. Drive quality standards and deliver results-oriented performance. Ensure excellent service delivery to provide a genuine guest experience. Identify training needs, develop training plans, and deliver training for Team Leaders and subordinates. Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) effectively. Demonstrate integrity and the ability to work under pressure. Prepare accurate hotel reports, business analyses, and operational plans. Adapt quickly to changes and continuously learn new processes and business needs. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Professional certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor.
