Job Description We’re looking for a reliable HR Operations Specialist to help manage our core employee operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure our payroll is seamless, attendance data is accurate, and contract renewals are handled on track. If you’re sharp with Excel, comfortable analyzing operational data, and ready to jump right in to make things run smoothly, we’d love to have you on boar Job Responsibilities Payroll Management: Lead end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on schedule. Process, calculate, and reconcile manual data into accurate payroll records. Ensure compliance with company policies and tax/benefit regulations. Attendance & Time Tracking: Monitor and process daily employee attendance, leave requests, and working hour logs. Calculate late arrivals, shortages, or overtime for payroll integration. Contract Management: Track and manage employee contract expiration dates. Coordinate contract renewals, extensions, or status changes in a timely manner. Reporting & Data Analysis: Maintain and update HR data accurately across all operational functions. Prepare regular HR operational reports for management. Job Requirement Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience handling HR Operations (specifically Payroll, Attendance, and Contract Renewal). Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (ability to process manual data, use formulas like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation techniques). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and comfort working with complex datasets. Language Proficiency: Basic to intermediate English communication skills (ability to participate in basic conversations and business emails). Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods under 1 month are highly preferred.
