Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive ESH management systems. Conduct thorough risk assessments and regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards. Ensure strict adherence to K3 Regulations and all relevant local and international safety standards. Lead incident investigations, providing detailed reports and effective corrective actions. - Organize and facilitate safety training programs for employees and contractors. Manage environmental compliance, including waste management and emission monitoring. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety audits and government inspections. Requirements : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Health and Safety management. Mandatory certification as Ahli K3 Umum (General OSH Expert) recognized by the Ministry of Manpower. Expert knowledge of K3 Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health standards. Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident root cause analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence safety behavior at all levels. Ability to work full-time on-site and manage emergency response protocols effectively. Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is highly preferred.
