Role Description The HSE Manager is responsible for leading the organization's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function across EPC projects by driving HSE strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident prevention, and safety culture. The role ensures safe project execution, compliance with statutory and client requirements, and continuous improvement of HSE performance across Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, and Mission-Critical infrastructure projects Job Description Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and statutory requirements. Drive organization-wide safety culture, leadership accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, client requirements, and ISO management systems. Lead HSE implementation across project sites by overseeing risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental management. Conduct site reviews, safety inspections, and leadership audits to ensure proactive risk mitigation and operational excellence. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and statutory reporting. Manage internal and external HSE audits, regulatory inspections, certification requirements, and compliance reviews while ensuring timely closure of observations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. 6-8 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Data Centre projects. Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, statutory regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, environmental management, and contractor safety. Experience in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, permit-to-work systems, emergency response planning, and safety audits. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary HSE teams across multiple project sites.
