Location: Wisma KEIAI Jakarta, Indonesia About the Role Midea Group is seeking an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Midea Building Technology Division Overseas Sales across Indonesia. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and local teams to deliver effective HR solutions, drive talent initiatives, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the execution of regional and headquarters HR strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Partnership Develop a deep understanding of the business and local market dynamics Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support Deliver HR solutions that support organizational effectiveness and business growth Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through proactive people strategies 2. Talent Management Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including: Talent Acquisition Onboarding Training and Learning & Development Talent Development Compensation and Benefits Performance Management Employee Relations Support workforce planning and build strong local talent pipelines Drive employee development and engagement initiatives 3. HR Compliance & Operations Ensure HR policies, practices, and operations comply with local labor laws and regulations Maintain positive employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively Support the development of compliant and efficient HR processes 4. Policy Execution & Cross-functional Collaboration Drive the effective local implementation of HQ and regional HR policies Act as a bridge between headquarters, regional teams, and local business functions Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of HR initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of HR generalist / business partner experience Prior experience in Talent Acquisition and Training / Learning & Development is preferred Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Preferred Candidate Profile Hands-on HR professional with both strategic thinking and execution ability Comfortable working in a multicultural and matrix organization Proactive, adaptable, and capable of influencing across teams and functions
