About the Job As a People Business Partner (Commercial), you will serve as an advisor to commercial leaders, partnering closely with the business to build high-performing organizations that accelerate growth. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and leadership capability across commercial functions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution to ensure our people are equipped to deliver outstanding business results. What You Will Do Partner with commercial leaders to develop organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support business growth and scalability. Lead the end-to-end talent management process, including performance management, succession planning, and identification and development of high-potential talent. Diagnose organizational and capability gaps, then design and implement initiatives that strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and employee performance. Leverage people analytics and business insights to improve engagement, productivity, retention, and overall organizational health. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance issues, organizational change, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Drive the successful execution of key HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, rewards, and policy implementation. Coach and influence managers to build strong leadership capabilities, foster a high-performance culture, and make effective people decisions. Requirements 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting commercial or business functions. Strong expertise in performance management, talent management, organizational development, and change management. Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful people strategies. Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insights to influence decisions and solve business challenges. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational execution.
