Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (S1) in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Import, Customs, or Logistics within the manufacturing or garment industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, export/import procedures, and international shipping documentation. Familiar with Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and/or Bonded Zone (KB) regulations is highly preferred. Experience in handling customs documentation, including PIB, PEB, BC 2.3, BC 2.5, BC 2.7, BC 3.0, BC 4.0, BC 4.1, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading (B/L), and Air Waybill (AWB). Strong understanding of HS Codes, Incoterms, customs valuation, and customs compliance. PPJK (Customs Brokerage) Certification is an advantage. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Willing to work at KIT Batang Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all export and import operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment activities. Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company policies. Oversee customs documentation, declarations, and customs clearance processes. Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Shipping Lines, government authorities, and related stakeholders. Monitor import and export schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure compliance with Special Economic Zone (SEZ) customs requirements. Lead, coach, and develop the Exim team while driving operational excellence. Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, customs compliance, and operational costs. Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to improve import-export performance.
