MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG(hereinafter refer to as “MBG”) is subsidiary company of HENGTONG Group and located in KIK Industrial Park, Semarang, Indonesia, which is a hightech company specializing in the production of optical fiber, optical cable, ODN and Submarine cable. By taking advandge of full industry chain in telecom sector, MBG now is expanding the telecom engineering project business and welcome excellent talents with industrious experiences to join our team. Responsibilities : Standardize and documentation to the improvement in production line Support and identifying area for process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, and another tools) Assist in monitoring workstation layouts and production flow efficiency Track the progress of handling unqualified semi-finished products. Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production efficiency Support Kaizen 6S and waste reduction initiatives on the production floor Ensure compliance with safety and production guidelines to the all team department. Initiate to the project management and Small Group Activity (QCC) Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Experience as Industrial Engineer is a plus Able to draw in 2D or 3D (using AutoCAD/Solidwork/etc) Good in English
