About This Position: As a Stock Count Auditor Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s inventory across warehouses and operational hubs. This role is responsible for conducting both scheduled and ad-hoc stock counts, reconciling discrepancies between physical and system records, and identifying root causes behind inventory variances. Job Description: Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts at warehouses and hubs to ensure accuracy of inventory records. Perform reconciliation of stock variances between actual stock and systems. Identify and investigate root causes of inventory variances, and provide supporting documentation. Monitor and ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies. Prepare a clear and accurate stock count report and analysis, highlighting findings and recommendations. Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams to resolve inventory issues. Provide recommendations to improve accuracy inventory stock. Support process improvements to strengthen inventory control and minimize losses. Assist in special audit projects or assignments related to inventory as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stock count, inventory audit, warehouse audit, or related fields. Strong understanding of inventory management processes and controls. High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity. Ability to work in warehouse/field environments with frequent mobility. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Googlesheets and basic data analysis; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently to hubs, warehouses, and stores.
