Job Description Order Monitoring & Processing: Monitor, receive, and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) from Modern Trade customers to ensure all orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline. Order Fulfillment Coordination (Fill Rate): Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Control teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment according to the quantity and assortment specified in customer orders. On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery Management: Ensure timely and complete product deliveries to Distribution Centers (DCs) or retail outlets while meeting OTIF performance standards. Complaint, Return & Rejection Handling: Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including product rejections, returns, and non-acceptance due to Near Expiry Date (NED) or other operational concerns. Service Level Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Calculate, analyze, and report Service Level performance on a regular basis. Identify root causes of KPI gaps (e.g., stock shortages, transportation delays, or operational constraints) and recommend corrective actions. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with internal Key Account Management teams as well as buyers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders from Modern Trade customers. Requirements Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Engineering is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Logistics Coordination, or Supply Chain, preferably handling Modern Trade/Modern Market operations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas, to manage order data and calculate Service Level performance. Good understanding of Modern Trade operations and compliance, including delivery slot booking systems, product shelf-life requirements (minimum 2/3 remaining shelf life), and related documentation such as Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery notes. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational issues, such as delivery delays, logistics constraints, or other supply chain challenges. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external business partners.
