Job Responsibilities: Support the planning, preparation, and execution of Investor Relations (IR) activities, including: Earnings Calls, Public Expose, Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs), Investor conferences, One-on-one meetings with analysts and investors. Support the preparation of presentation materials, briefing documents, meeting agendas and supporting financial and operational information for management. Coordinate meeting logistics, documentation, meeting minutes, and follow ups action for IR engagements. Assist in monitoring analyst coverage, investor feedback, peer benchmarking, market developments and share performance. Support the preparation and submission of regulatory disclosures and mandatory reports to OJK, IDX, and other relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations. Maintain Investor Relations databases, shareholder information, analyst and investor contact lists, and other departmental administrative records. Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day Investor Relations activities and special projects as assigned. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Min 3 years experience in related functions. Basic understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and listed company regulations. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Good command of written and spoken English. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
