About the Role As an Affiliate Operations Associate at Lapakgaming, you will support the execution and growth of our affiliate program—one of our key growth initiatives. You will help acquire new affiliates, manage day-to-day partner relationships, and ensure smooth operational execution to drive affiliate engagement and business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities, working cross-functionally, and executing high-impact growth initiatives Job Description Support the execution of affiliate programs and operational strategies Identify and approach potential affiliates under the guidance of the Affiliate Program & Strategy team. Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates, serving as the main point of contact and handling inquiries through WhatsApp group. Support affiliate onboarding and engagement to drive program growth. Assist the Category team with PR/PO processing and event-related operational activities. Monitor affiliate performance metrics and ensure timely execution of operational deliverables. Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or operations (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome). Strong communication and relationship management skills. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks. Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and using spreadsheets for reporting. Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
