Role & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital applications to support business growth, digital transformation initiatives, and operational efficiency. Manage and lead Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and DevOps Engineers, ensuring effective collaboration, high performance and timely delivery of software development projects. Oversee the end-to-end of Software Development Life Cycle, from solution design, development testing, deployment, and post-production support. Ensure software solutions are developed in accordance with coding standards, secure development practices, architecture guideline, and technology best practices to deliver scalable and high quality applications. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Manager, and vendors to translate business requirement into technical solutions. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, development frameworks, and engineering best practices to enhance software quality and operational efficiency. Ensure proper technical documentations, application governance, and compliance with IT policy and regulatory requirements, Providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and engineering expertise. Prepare project status updates, engineering metrics and development reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 6-7 years of experience ins software engineering, including at least 3 years in technical or senior leadership role. Strong experience in full stack application development, including frontend, backend, API integration, database design, and modern software architecture. Proven experience managing end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle. Hands on experience on modern development frameworks, CI/CD pipeline and version control system. Good understanding of application security, security coding practice, software quality assurance. Experience working with digital products, enterprise applications, or trading system within Financial Services Industry, especially stock brokerage business. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem solving, with ability to mentor technical team and manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
