Job Desc : - Assist to spearhead end-to-end development and management of driver-partner lending programs - Support on the administration of the projects and nd data inputs for the periodic operation process for the disbursal journey - Assist to analyze team's performance trend and hoc experimentation results across platforms - Drive core financial operations by processing disbursements, executing data reconciliations, and taking ownership of customer case resolutions - Monitor competitor and market trends, and recommend improvements to product assortment - Explore usage of AI-tools provided by the company to improve daily tasks productivity to improve de Requirements: - Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Minimum 1 year of working experience in business administration, operations, account management, or a related function - Experienced using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with a strong understanding of formula creation; VBA or macros competency is a plus - Experienced in using AI-tools (Chat GPT/Gemini/Claude) to improve daily productivity & results - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Experienced assisting in the creation of legal agreements in Microsoft Office and Google Docs 📌Placement : Jakarta 📩 Please submit your CV in English.
