Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities: Handle and coordinate import processes, including customs clearance and import documentation. Manage and monitor customs-related processes, including BC 2.0, BC 1.6, and BC 2.8. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other related parties to ensure smooth import clearance. Communicate and coordinate with the Sales team regarding inbound and outbound shipments. Monitor the inbound and outbound movement of goods and ensure shipments are processed according to schedule. Prepare, check, and maintain import and logistics documentation. Follow up on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the import and delivery process. Ensure all logistics and import activities comply with applicable customs regulations and company procedures. Qualification & Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, import, customs, or a related field. Good understanding of import processes and customs clearance in Indonesia. Familiarity with BC 2.0, BC 1.6, and BC 2.8. Handling heavy equipment or spare parts. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Mandarin proficiency is plus Good communication and coordination skills, especially when working with Sales and other departments. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
