We're looking for an experienced Manager – Business Analysis & Valuation to lead financial analysis, business valuation, and investment decision support initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Key Responsibilities • Lead business valuation projects using various valuation methodologies. • Develop comprehensive financial models, business cases, and investment analyses to support strategic decision-making. • Conduct financial due diligence, market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis. • Evaluate mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. • Analyze business performance and identify value creation opportunities. • Prepare presentations, investment memorandums, valuation reports, and recommendations for Executive Management and Board of Directors. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Strategy, Operations, Commercial, and Business Development. • Review financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and long-term business plans. • Lead and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality project delivery. • Support corporate strategic initiatives and portfolio optimization. Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines. ✔ Minimum 7 years of experience Business Valuation or related disciplines ✔ Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or team leadership role. ✔ Strong understanding of: Corporate Finance Financial Statement Analysis Financial Modeling Company Valuation Capital Budgeting Investment Analysis ✔ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Mining, or EPC industries. ⭐ CFA, FMVA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage. ⭐ Experience in M&A, Project Finance, Corporate Strategy, or Investment Evaluation. ⭐ Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or financial analytics tools is a plus. 📩 If you are interested or know someone who fits this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
