Requirements: - S1 in marketing, communications, industrial engineering, or a related field - 1 year of proven hands-on experience in Public Relations, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Campaign Operations & Optimization * Experience with Copywriting and Storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling content for high-impact channels * Data-Driven Mindset with the ability to analyze key metrics and formulate recommendations for optimization * Exposure to similar industries * Experience working for a large digital platform or a high-growth app with high communication volume * Familiarity with performance-driven campaigns tied to GMV, transacting users, or engagement metrics Job Description: - Marketing Strategy & Execution * Support marketing strategies and execution to achieve business objectives * Understand target consumers, competitors, and the market landscape to define business opportunities * Support other related business marketing campaigns and ad-hoc projects - Project & Stakeholder Management * Manage projects and work closely with stakeholders across Social Media, Owned Media Channels, Creative, Digital Media, and Operations * Ensure campaigns and projects deliver impact within given timelines * Manage project deadlines and work effectively both independently and within a team - Campaign Monitoring & Optimization * Monitor campaign performance metrics * Execute campaign optimization based on key learnings and data insights *Please submit your CV in English.
