Company Description Senyawa Advertising is Jakarta’s first advertising company designed to integrate creative strategy, campaign execution, and owned media under one roof. The company manages the full advertising inventory at Blok M Square, South Jakarta’s only pedestrian-first media hub, covering over 21,000 m² and reaching around 3 million visitors each month. Senyawa Advertising uses AI-powered screens that respond to audience profiles, weather, and traffic conditions in real time to maximize campaign impact. Instead of simply moving audiences past brands, the company focuses on creating moments that make people pause and engage. This approach offers team members the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, creativity, and out-of-home media innovation. Qualifications Experience in media operations, campaign trafficking, or out-of-home advertising, with strong attention to detail and time management. Comfort working with digital media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic data analysis to monitor and optimize campaign performance. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, and technical) and communicate clearly in written and spoken form. Problem-solving skills to identify issues in campaign delivery, inventory management, or content scheduling and implement practical solutions. Familiarity with advertising, marketing, or media concepts; experience with DOOH or AI-driven media environments is a plus. Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and maintain accurate records and reports. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Jakarta, with flexibility to be on-site at Blok M Square as operational needs require. Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Key Responsibilities: Operate media playback systems using Resolume Arena and NovaStar Schedule, monitor, and ensure campaigns run according to the agreed timeline and technical specifications Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair LED modules Maintain electrical systems, media servers, controllers, and network connections Troubleshoot technical and operational issues Prepare daily campaign documentation and Proof of Play reports Support shift-based operations and ensure proper handovers between teams Prepare daily operational, maintenance, and technical incident reports
