About the job: We are looking for an experienced MEP professional to oversee design review, site coordination, and contractor performance within a PMC environment. The role focuses on ensuring MEP works meet technical standards, project timelines, and quality requirements, while coordinating closely with design teams, contractors, and the Owner to deliver smooth and compliant project execution. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate weekly with the Vietnam design team to resolve design issues. Review and ensure completeness of IFC drawings. Evaluate shop drawings, material submissions, and project schedules. Provide solutions for site issues and align with Owner and Design teams. Coordinate with contractors, issue RFIs, and follow up on approvals. Attend coordination, kick-off, and Owner meetings related to project targets. Conduct value engineering and propose technical and cost optimizations. Prepare material quantity take-offs and perform engineering calculations. Ensure compliance with MEP standards (SNI, PUIL, NFPA, SMACNA, ASHRAE). Coordinate with CSA team and support operations for project completion. Prepare site documentation (SI, memos, reports) and monitor contractor performance. Ensure HSE compliance and manage MEP execution, including weekend/holiday support as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or related field). 5+ Years of proven experience in Mechanical Design Engineering for buildings and/or industrial facilities. Proficient in using AutoCAD and/or BIM Revit for mechanical design and drafting. Well-versed in applying national and international engineering standards relevant to mechanical systems. Demonstrated experience in Mechanical Design Engineering for building or industrial projects. Extensive experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering systems. Proven expertise in firefighting engineering systems, including design and compliance with applicable safety standards. Skilled in the design and coordination of plumbing and sewage engineering systems. Hands-on experience in the operation and design of chiller systems. Knowledgeable in the engineering and integration of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems. Experience in designing and overseeing pump house engineering systems. Familiarity with LPG facility systems, including safety and regulatory requirements. Experience in factory building construction, with the ability to coordinate mechanical systems within multidisciplinary environments. Fluent in English (written & spoken) Can work under pressure in fast-track projects; proactive and detail-oriented
