If you want to do the best work of your life, we'd love to chat. Role Description We're looking for a Mid Level Graphic Designer who loves turning ideas into strong, eye-catching visuals. At GPN Indonesia you'll work across a wide range of brand and creative projects, collaborating with art directors, copywriters, and the wider team to produce work that stands out. If you care about details, enjoy working with a team, and are always eager to learn new things, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design across campaigns, brand, digital, and a wide range of creative projects. Retouch, composite, and craft artwork with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. Help maintain high visual standards across all work that leaves the agency. Keep brand identity and visual consistency tight across every channel. Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and the wider team to bring ideas to life. Push your craft with new tools and techniques as needed (AI-assisted workflows a plus). Qualifications 3–7 years of graphic design experience (agency background a plus). A strong portfolio showing range and craft across formats. Strong Photoshop skills (compositing, retouching, layout, mockups); other Adobe tools a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a design team. Willingness to learn new tools, trends, and ways of working. Communication in Bahasa Indonesia, with moderate to good English. Organised, efficient, and good at prioritising across multiple projects.
