McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for a Operations Analyst to join our ever-growing team. Job Description: Assist in the development and management of business operations tools, systems, and operational requirements. Contribute to operations projects, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives. Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable business insights. Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards and reporting solutions. Coordinate closely with internal teams, the sales team, and other stakeholders to support business operations and initiatives. Job Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Statistics preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Demonstrated ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and solve problems — gained through coursework, academic projects, internships, or other hands-on exposure; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analytics & visualization tools is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude. Internship experience in operations, supply chain, business analysis, or data analytics is a plus.
