Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Memastikan proses kerja yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan yang ditentukan saat briefing sebelum bekerja. - Memastikan segala sesuatu dan semua proses produksi berjalan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku di perusahaan. - Menyiapkan peralatan dan mengoperasikan mesin produksi dengan tetap mematuhi kebijakan perusahaan dan standar K3. - Memastikan target produksi yang sudah ditentukan tercapai dengan baik, lancar, efisien, dan optimal. - Membantu mengatur alur produksi dan memperbaiki kerusakan. Serta memberikan laporan apabila ada potensi peningkatan proses produksi. - Melakukan inspeksi dan pemeliharaan peralatan secara berkala untuk memastikan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi tercapai dengan konsisten. - Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu rapi dan bersih. - Meneruskan informasi briefing pada saat pergantian shift kerja. - Menjaga keamanan tempat kerja. - Memastikan dan membuat laporan kerja dengan baik
