Part-Time Multidisciplinary Therapist Beacon Academy Jakarta is seeking passionate and qualified therapists to join our newly established Wellbeing Centre, supporting students through evidence-based therapeutic interventions within an inclusive school environment. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with educators, counselors, and families to ensure students receive the individualized support they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and small-group therapeutic interventions based on students' identified needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans. Monitor student progress and adapt therapeutic strategies to maximize outcomes. Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom practice. Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and support. Participate in multidisciplinary case meetings and contribute to student support planning. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and confidential student records. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Beacon Academy Wellbeing Centre and school-wide wellbeing initiatives. Promote inclusive practices that enable all students to participate successfully in school life. Areas of Therapeutic Expertise Applicants may specialise in one or more of the following areas: Social Skills Training Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Speech and Language Therapy Sensory Integration Therapy Occupational Therapy Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Special Education, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, or a related discipline. Relevant professional registration, certification, or licence to practise in Indonesia, where applicable. Experience conducting child and adolescent assessments and developing evidence based intervention plans. Demonstrated experience supporting children with diverse developmental, learning, behavioral, communication, or emotional needs. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, school leaders, and families. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience working in international or inclusive school settings is highly desirable. Strong commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusive education. Why Join Beacon Academy?
