Responsibilities: Organizing product demonstrations for new and existing customers, providing clear and informative explanations of technical specifications, applications, and key selling points. Actively participate in exhibitions and events to promote brand awareness. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback during demonstrations. Maintaining a clean and organized demonstration area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Developing creative pastry menus incorporating Unigra’s product range. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques by researching and experimenting with Unigra’s products to develop innovative recipes for customers. Organizing demo event in close collaboration with the Sales Department and local partners. Travelling up to 50% of the time nationwide. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a pastry background; some working experience in a commercial kitchen environment is an added advantage. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef with a focus on creating innovative and visually stunning desserts. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills to coordinate equipment demonstrations and maintain necessary materials. Flexibility to adapt recipes and techniques for different equipment models and brands. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic culinary environment. Proficiency with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office is preferred.
