We are seeking a PPIC Staff to support production planning and material control activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring production progress, and ensuring material availability to meet business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree from any relevant field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Material Planning, or a related field in evaporator and condenser industry Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Job Description Develop monthly production plans and coordinate production schedules to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Monitor production progress and resolve production issues to ensure production targets are achieved. Follow up on material availability, production materials, and abnormal production issues. Prepare and analyze production-related data and reports to support operational decision-making. Coordinate trial production activities and monitor the entire process of new product introductions. Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other related departments to ensure efficient production planning and material flow.
