Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement processes, specifically for warehouse operations, supply chain services, customs clearance, and logistics vendors. Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts and rate cards with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-quality services. Review procurement requests, issue purchase orders, and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements. Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, supply chain, and customs operations, to identify purchasing needs and specifications. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contract archives, and vendor data for audit and reporting purposes. Job Requirements: Possess a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in procurement within the logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, or supply chain industry. Deep knowledge of commercial logistics contracts, rate card structures, and vendor sourcing strategies. Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for cost optimization. Active English speaker. Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta. (WFO)
