General Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related fields. - Have 1–3 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role. - Preferably has experience working with SaaS Product or similar. - Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Able to translate business and HR operational needs into clear product requirements. - Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Nice to Have : - Experience managing B2B SaaS HRIS/HCM products. - Experience handling enterprise clients. - Understanding of multi-company / multi-tenant SaaS architecture. - Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Plane, Confluence, Figma, Miro/FigJam, or similar. - Basic SQL or ability to analyze product/database data is a plus.
