PT Cantik Alami Sehat is continuously growing, and we are looking for a Production Supervisor who is ready to lead and oversee production operations. Whether you already have experience in production or are looking to further develop your career in the manufacturing industry, what matters most to us is your leadership, sense of responsibility, ability to solve problems, and commitment to maintaining production quality and efficiency. As a Production Supervisor, you will play an important role in overseeing and coordinating the entire production process, including filling, processing, and packaging. You will work closely with QC, PPIC, Warehouse, and Engineering to ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with SOP, GMP, and applicable quality standards. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and production management competencies, coach your team, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support the company's operational effectiveness. Here are the qualifications you must have: 1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmacist (Apoteker), or Industrial Engineering. 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in production or a related manufacturing environment. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. 5. Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong understanding of production processes, SOP, GMP, and quality standards. 7. Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. What will you do? 1. Supervise and coordinate the entire production process, including filling, processing, and packaging, in accordance with SOP and ensure smooth production without major deviations. 2. Ensure daily and monthly production output targets are achieved according to the production plan. 3. Maintain stable team performance and work discipline while developing team competencies through training and coaching. 4. Ensure all production processes comply with SOP, GMP, and applicable quality standards. 5. Coordinate with QC regarding in-process control and production quality inspections. 6. Supervise batch record documentation and production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. 7. Ensure machines and production equipment are ready and fit for use before production starts. 8. Monitor routine machine maintenance and ensure any equipment damage is properly reported and followed up. 9. Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QC, and Engineering to ensure smooth production operations. 10. Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, productivity, and process effectiveness. 11. Initiate and implement continuous improvement programs within the production area.
