🌟 Project Manager – Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (Batam Plant, Indonesia) 📍 Location: Batam Industrial Zone, Indonesia About the Role Luxshare Precision is expanding its global smart‑manufacturing platform and seeking a Project Manager to join our Automation Engineering Department in Batam. This newly created role will drive project schedules, operational coordination, and production ramp‑up support for our mass‑production operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, progress, and operational activities Track milestones and prepare management reports Communicate with internal departments and clients on project status Support production ramp‑up and operational coordination Identify project risks and ensure closed‑loop corrective actions Qualifications Indonesian citizenship (local hire only) Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management or operations Strong coordination, communication, and analytical/reporting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools Fluent English + basic Mandarin communication Preferred Background Experience in electronic manufacturing / consumer electronics FATP projects Familiarity with factory production ramp‑up and mass‑production operations Track record of successful cross‑department coordination and client communication Why Join Us?
