As a Recruiter Intern, you will support the Recruiter team throughout the recruitment process while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Responsibilities: Assist in understanding clients' hiring requirements and job qualifications. Create and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms. Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels. Conduct initial CV screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support recruiters in conducting screening calls and interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates by ensuring a professional recruitment experience. Assist in preparing recruitment reports and other administrative tasks. Participate in client meetings or onsite visits (when required) to gain a better understanding of hiring needs. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and other digital platforms for candidate sourcing. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
