We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires someone proactive, energetic, and confident in handling demanding hiring managers while maintaining excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, capable of working independently, and able to drive hiring strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES RECRUITMENT Manage full-cycle recruitment process independently (from sourcing to offering stage) Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and setting qualification criteria Confidently manage and align expectations with demanding users in a fast-paced environment Ensure timely hiring process and strong candidate experience Provide weekly & monthly recruitment reports, analysis, and hiring insights Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives Handle mass hiring projects when required QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university Minimum FG - 2 years of solid experience in recruitment / talent acquisition Experience in fast-paced industries is highly preferred Experience handling multiple roles simultaneously and tight hiring deadlines Experience in furniture/interior industry is a plus SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong sense of ownership and initiative Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Experienced in handling demanding hiring managers Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Target-driven and result-oriented Strong analytical and reporting skills Energetic, proactive, resilient, and adaptable
