About the Company Mulia Industrindo was established on November 5, 1986 and has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange on January 17, 1994. The Company has two operating subsidiaries, namely Muliaglass Float, Muliaglass Container, Muliaglass safety and Muliakeramik Indahraya. Muliaglass produces float glass, glass container, glass block, and safety glass. Our float glass products are exported to more than 50 countries. Glass block and safety glass products are also marketed overseas. On the contrary, glass container products are predominantly sold in the domestic market, catering to the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Muliakeramik Indahraya produces both floor and wall ceramic tile. We have a total production capacity of approximately 160,000 square meters per day. With our economies of scale, we are one of the most efficient domestic tile players. About the Role This position will do end-to-end candidate hiring processes (sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees) and responsible for employer branding content & activities. Responsibilities Source applicants through online channels, such as Jobstreet and other professional networks Do the end-to-end candidate hiring processes (sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees) Create candidate's overview to share with hiring managers Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Build networking & manage relationships with targeted schools and colleges Responsible for employer branding content & activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related major (GPA min. 3.00) Requires at least 3 years of working experience in related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry Preferably having experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding Understanding of all selection methods and techniques Proficient in the use of social media and job boards Excellent in Microsoft Office & simple design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc) Energetic & Fast learner Willing to be placed in Cikarang Education details Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related major (GPA min. 3.00)
