Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related roles Strong experience and understanding of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Proven ability to source and attract candidates, while building sustainable talent pipelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates at different levels English proficiency will be an advantage. A proactive, independent, and results-driven professional with strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill manpower requirements Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent aligned with current and future business needs. Improve recruitment processes and methods to ensure hiring is efficient, timely, cost-effective, and delivers the right candidates. Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical and future positions through proactive sourcing and talent mapping. Develop recruitment partnerships and talent sources, including universities, vocational schools, professional communities, vendors, and other relevant institutions. Drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition, including recruitment analytics, market and talent insights, and regular reporting. Handle administrative and operational processes for the Recruitment team, including vendor coordination, outsourcing administration, and payment processing
