📢 WE ARE HIRING – REGIONAL BUSINESS HEAD (RBH) 📍 Location: Makassar 🏢 Industry: Smartphone & Electronics We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in Regional/Area Sales Management to lead business growth and regional performance in Makassar. 🎯 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sell-out and sell-through performance while overseeing regional strategy, HR, branding, sales programs, and stock management. Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and local stakeholders. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, Operations, and Logistics teams across the region. Provide data-driven strategic insights to internal teams and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Conduct market and competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and team performance tracking. Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional business targets. Turn market insights into actionable strategies and drive sustainable business growth. ✅ QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, Regional Business Head, or similar position. Mandatory experience in the smartphone or electronics industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in market analysis, competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and team performance tracking. Strategic thinker with a hands-on and execution-focused approach. Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Strong ability to build relationships with dealers, distributors, and regional stakeholders.
