Role Description: Build and establish strong relationship with Regional Head, Regional Deputy, Area Manager & Branch Manager Supervise, monitor and lead sales activities for Sharia Sales Team (Area Sales Manager, Financial Sales Consultant) on day-to-day basis to achieve sales target Sales initiative, sales process improvement, and new business opportunities. Placement in Semarang. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field Minimum 5-6 years' experience in sales, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services Industry Strong leadership and team management skills.
