Job Responsibilities - Provide administrative support for daily business operations, including Fixed Asset, Intercompany Billing, Reporting, and Audit activities. - Perform data entry, documentation, filing, and record maintenance. - Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and procedures. - Coordinate internal requests, approvals, and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders. - Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of basic reports. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and tracking tools. - Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and supporting data as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative systems. - Experience in documentation, data tracking, and record maintenance. - Familiarity with reporting, trackers, and administrative controls. - Exposure to internal processes, audits, or compliance documentation is an advantage. - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
