Job Description Sales Monitoring – Monitor daily and weekly sales target achievement, as well as average spending per guest (spending per pax) at Café & Ciao Gio. Upselling Strategy – Oversee upselling conversion performance (target: 15%) and daily outlet capture rate. Quality Control – Conduct weekly internal audits to ensure compliance with Safety & Hygiene standards, with a minimum compliance target of 90%. Reputation Management – Manage customer reviews (Google Reviews) to maintain a rating of 4.8 and ensure prompt resolution and recovery of customer complaints. Cost Control – Perform quarterly recipe card audits to maintain Food COGS at 30% and Beverage COGS at 18%. OPEX Management – Optimize utility and operational supply usage to keep cost variance below 25%. Team Coaching – Conduct a minimum of five role-play coaching sessions per team member each month to enhance service quality. Asset Maintenance – Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure replacement costs remain below 5%. Reporting – Supervise and ensure timely completion of daily operational reports through the online reporting system. Placement: Willing to be based in West Jakarta (Central Park). Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a mid-scale restaurant or restaurant chain. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Well-groomed, communicative, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
