Responsibilities: Inventory & Stock Adjustment Management: Handle and process stock-take adjustments (Stock Opname) for all brands across offline stores and events using the internal system. Manage inventory adjustments for store returns and discrepancies (e.g., over-delivered items without store demand) to enable the Merchandising (MD) team to process internal returns. Invoicing, Reporting & Workflow Management: Manage submission and approvals for Franchise and Department Store invoices via the project/task management platform (covering key locations like Sarinah, Central, Metro, Panen, etc.). Handle invoice processing for the Outright sales workflow. Collaborate closely with Finance, Merchandising (MD), and Store Operations teams to ensure seamless administrative handovers and data accuracy. Provide general daily administrative and operational support to the Store Operations team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Merchandising Support, or Inventory Administration. Good understanding of retail stock opname, store discrepancy adjustments, and consignment/department store billing processes. High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and proactive communication when dealing with cross-departmental teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle monthly reporting deadlines. Technical & System Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (specifically Inventory, Stock, and Sales modules) and task management tools. Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Data Matching, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
