Retail Project Manager (6 Months Freelance-based)

JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Act as the main point of contact for the project, managing overall client communication and relationship. Lead end-to-end retail project management, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, with the expected quality, and aligned with client expectations. Understand client objectives and translate them into clear strategies, project plans, and actionable tasks for internal teams. Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth and integrated project execution. Oversee the execution of retail and spatial display communication initiatives according to project requirements. Review and ensure the quality of proposals, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables before sharing with the client. Maintain proper project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Proactively identify project risks, address issues, and coordinate resolutions to ensure project continuity and client satisfaction. Support ad-hoc project requirements and other activities related to the retail project. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in any major. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project management, retail marketing, account management, marketing communication, or related fields. Proven experience in independently handling projects and managing clients or key stakeholders. Experience in retail, spatial display, visual merchandising, or marketing communication projects is preferred. Strong project management skills, including timeline, budget, deliverable, and stakeholder management. Experience in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and project documentation. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Able to work independently in a fast-paced and multinational environment. Willing to work on a 6-month freelance/project-based contract. Willing to work Full Work From Office (WFO).
