Retail Project Executive (6 Months Freelance-based)

JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Support the Retail Project Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of retail projects. Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners. Support spatial display communication projects and related retail initiatives. Assist in preparing project materials, proposals, reports, presentations, and other documentation. Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deliverables are completed according to timeline. Maintain proper project trackers, documentation, and project-related records. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors when required. Support the Retail Project Manager in addressing project issues and ensuring smooth project execution. Provide regular updates on project status, pending tasks, and key issues. Assist with meetings, presentations, and other project-related activities. Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative support related to the project. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in any major. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, marketing, retail, event, agency, or related fields. Experience in supporting or coordinating projects is preferred. Interest or experience in retail, spatial display, visual merchandising, or marketing communication is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced and multinational environment. Willing to work on a 6-month freelance/project-based contract. Willing to work Full Work From Office (WFO).
