Job Responsibilities 1、Retail Store Standard Execution: Responsible for routine store inspections and implementation of corresponding display standards within the assigned region, including regular store visits to check product displays, store image, product presentation, and customer experience. 2、Market Information Collection and Feedback: Conduct regular visits to retail stores, wholesalers, and distributors to collect their distribution information and contact details, as well as market intelligence such as competitor activities, market pricing, and consumer feedback. Identify and report market challenges and opportunities. 3、Frontline Staff Training and Support: Provide training to store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service procedures to enhance the sales capabilities of frontline personnel. 4、Reporting and Data Management: Submit accurate store inspection reports and market visit reports on time. Proficiently use tools such as Excel for daily data analysis. Requirements 1、Education: Associate degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields are preferred. 2、Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, 3C, consumer electronics, or chain store management. Experience in regional management, store management, channel management, or sales team management is preferred. 3、Language Proficiency: Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with local store owners, staff, and distributors. English: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly coordinate with headquarters. Chinese: Good communication skills in Chinese (optional, not required). 4、Professional Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Valid driver's license. 5、Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to frequent store visits and regional travel. Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, sensitive to sales performance, and strong execution capability. Bonus Points Familiarity with the local Indonesian retail market, mobile phone industry, or consumer electronics industry. Possession of local store resources, distributor networks, or commercial district connections.
