Job Description: Implement and ensure the effectiveness of HIRA/IBPR (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) within the work environment in accordance with company safety standards and procedures. Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities for infrastructure facilities, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, culverts, NF, MPP, and other supporting facilities. Ensure the availability and proper management of spare parts to support the operational readiness of heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, pump engines, and other small engine units. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment, engine units, electrical systems, and air conditioning installations to maintain operational reliability. Monitor and control actual maintenance costs against approved budgets and evaluate road maintenance requirements to optimize cost efficiency. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives related to road conditions, garage operations, and equipment performance. Develop and supervise employees within the assigned work area, including coaching and mentoring team members at least one level below the position. Requirements: Min. Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in plantation, mining, construction, or industrial environments. Technical Competencies: Microsoft Office proficiency, Mechanical and Engineering knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency, Maintenance planning and equipment management Non-Technical Competencies: Leadership and team management, Organizing and planning skills, Effective communication, Budget management, Analytical thinking, Detail-oriented and target-driven mindset Willing to be placed in a rubber plantation operational site located in Tebo, Jambi (regular, no roster). Employee housing (mess karyawan) available on site.
