About the role Shishi izakaya lounge & Nightclub Bali' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Runner to join our dynamic team in Badung Bali. As a Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our popular restaurant and nightclub. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of an energetic and vibrant hospitality environment. What you'll be doing Promptly delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring a timely and high-quality service to our guests Assisting servers and bartenders with various tasks, such as clearing and resetting tables, and restocking supplies Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating guests' needs and responding to any queries or requests Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar runner or server role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure A friendly, energetic and customer-focused attitude, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred What we offer At Shishi izakaya lounge & Nightclub Bali', we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all our employees.
