Qualifications -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. -Minimum 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales and business development, preferably within the construction chemicals, waterproofing, roofing, building materials, or related industries. -Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. -Strong network and established relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, applicators, EPC companies, and property owners. -Good understanding of waterproofing systems, roofing solutions, construction specifications, and/or construction chemical products. -Experience managing project sales from the specification stage through project completion. -Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. -Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. -Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and technical teams. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. -Fluent in English, both written and spoken. -Willing to travel extensively for customer visits, project support, and business development activities. Preferred Qualifications -Experience working with premium construction solution brands or multinational companies. -Experience in specification selling, with the ability to influence consultants, architects, and other key project stakeholders.
