Requirements: - Minimum education D3 in any field. - Experience in acquisition, sales, field operations, or business development - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Good coordination and execution capability - Comfortable handling field outreach and onboarding support - Able to monitor and report acquisition performance - Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, logistics, or driver operations - Familiarity with Jabo market conditions - Experience working with fleet partners or driver communities Job Description - Grow the number of active 4 Wheel drivers in Jabo - Strengthen acquisition pipeline from lead generation to activation - Improve conversion rate from prospective drivers to active drivers - Support supply growth in line with business demand *Please submit your CV in English.
