* Selling spa services, packages, and retail products to customers and businesses. * Proactively reach out to prospective customers through local marketing, referrals, and digital channels. * Drive spa membership sales and encourage repeat visits through client follow-ups and loyalty programs. * Build and maintain relationships with regular clients to ensure personalized service and customer satisfaction. * Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with the marketing team. * Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to the Spa Manager. * Collaborate with the front desk and therapists to ensure a smooth guest experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. * Handle customer feedback professionally and work with the team to resolve service-related concerns. * Stay updated on all spa treatments, wellness trends, and product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions to clients. * Participate in community events, wellness fairs, or local networking to increase spa visibility.
