About the Role As a Sales Executive (Food Ingredients) at PT Asia Prima Konjac, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of food ingredient products, particularly in Dairy Ingredients. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. What You’ll Be Doing 1. Promoting and selling food ingredient products, especially for dairy and hydrocolloid applications. 2. Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, including regular 3. followup. 3. Developing new markets and acquiring new customers. 4. Handling the sales process from Purchase Order (PO) until handover to the logistics/warehouse team for delivery. 5. Achieving assigned sales targets in line with company objectives. 6. Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports. What We’re Looking For 1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Food & Beverage Ingredients, particularly Dairy Ingredients and Hydrocolloids. 3. Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 4. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 6. Customer-focused mindset; existing customer network is a strong advantage. 7. Highly motivated, honest, disciplined, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
