Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based at Pakons Prime Hotel Tangerang in Tangerang City. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, managing key corporate and travel accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales plans, conducting sales calls and client visits, negotiating rates and contracts, and coordinating with the front office and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, creating promotional ideas with the marketing team, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing the hotel at networking events and trade activities. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and account development. Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and prepare accurate sales forecasts. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced hotel environment and collaborating across departments. Proficiency in basic office software and hotel sales or reservation systems; familiarity with online travel agencies is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Prior experience in a 3- or 4-star hotel setting in Tangerang or similar markets is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet clients, attend events, and support hotel business demands.
