About the role: Sales Person is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining more orders from existing or potential clients. What you’ll do (Responsibilities): Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth Strong Interpersonal skills, Long term dedication in the Sales for the company A professional with good communication skills and desire to grow together with the company Candidates from the Fintech, especially Payment Gateway company preferred Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization, and Client retention Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations Increase sales of the Company's products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts Analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements in order to reach the best results What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements): Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, and min 1 year of Sales experience in the related industry (Payment / Bank etc.) Proven work experience as a Sales or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good connection with relevant stakeholders Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach Bonus points if you have the following skills: Strong and varied computer software knowledge required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Features). Ability to work independently, with flexibility, and adaptability under time & resource constraints. Strong in EQ, listening, and customer service skills. Additional Sales Training and certification will be a plus. English / Mandarin fluency.
